I Started Working With Morphes In 2015 I Started From The Bottom Doing Jr Work Making Tea/Coffee/Sweeping Floors/Washing & Cleaning I Then Finished Year 10 And Studied At Morpheus Academy Doing My Certificate III In Hairdressing. I Was Then Offered A Job To Work In The Salon As A Senior And I Took The Opportunity And Built Up My Confidence And Clientel. I Am Now Salon Manager I Love Managing My Team And Creating Beautiful Hair Doing What I Do Best Which Is Foiling And Other Colour Service. I Enjoy My Clients Walking Out Happier Then Ever With Their New Hair

When it comes untamed creativity and personal fulfilment hardly any profession in this world compares to hairdressing. I have 27 years of experience in the industry. The endless opportunities of creativity, inspiration, entrepreneurship, innovation, education, business, art and happiness truly feeds my soul. Hairdressing is very rewarding because you not only get to have people feel empowered by the way they look and feel, you get to connect and build true relationships with your co workers and clients. I’m extremely fortunate and blessed to be able to do what I love every day.

I always had a passion for hair but never felt it was the right time to pursue a career until 2016 when I discovered MA institute and decided the time was now.
I completed my cert III and knew a career in the hair industry was what I wanted.
I have been a hairdresser at Morpheus Salon for 5 years. MA has an incredible team with strong talent in hair and beauty and I’m privileged to be part of an organisation where continuous development is encouraged and provided.
Being a hairdresser, and achieving a clients hair goals through creative freedom is an incredibly rewarding experience and one I look forward to each time I walk through the MA door.

My name is Jess!
I came into the beauty industry slightly later then some!
I had already had 2 babies and was on my way to navigating a life and career they could be proud of me for.
I had recently started working at a Laser clinic when I found MA on Facebook and organised to meet with Sophie.
In 2016 I enrolled in my Diploma of Beauty Therapy whilst working and raising 2 babies alone.
At the start I struggled, but the support and encouragement I recieved from the Academy, paired with my drive to succeed, ensured I made it!
As a fully qualified Laser. Skin and Beauty Therapist with additional courses under my belt such as spray tanning, acrylic nails, eyelash extension, teeth whitening, laser pigmentation and vascular removal, and much more...
I have been working in the industry continuously since (at a variety of clinics with a variety of treatments) - which has allowed me to expand my knowledge in all things beauty!
Coming back to MA as a Beauty Manager was such an honour.
I honestly love what I do! There's nothing better then making your clients feel incredible.
Plus never something you can't learn or improve on! ♡

I started at Morpheus when I was 15 as a Junior. I was always interested and loved doing hair and makeup as a kid with a special interest then in special effects makeup.
I love Morpheus because I’ve also been able to do a double course in both hair and beauty. The team are amazing and I love working with them and Sophie who has taught me so much.

I Have Always Had An Interest In The Industry But Never Went With It When I Was Younger. I Spent Many Years In A Career That Couldnt Be Further From Hair & Beauty! Earlier This Year, I Was So Fortunate To Become A Receptionist/Admin Assistant With MA And I Couldnt Be Happier. However, I Was Always Curious About Our Courses Recently, I Completed Courses In Facial Treatments And Massage And Absolutely Love It. Meeting Our Clients And Helping Them To Relax And Unwind Is A Special Feeling. I Learn Something New Everyday.
